Transportation
Party travel can be tricky up in the mountains (no Uber), but we’ll manage! We want everyone to have a great time, but also to get back to bed safely.
We don’t have any transport planned for the Friday welcome dinner, so please plan ahead for rides. There will be plenty of parking in a field near the house.
On Saturday, buses will be picking up for the wedding at the below locations and times. There’s only one pickup at each place, so please be ready! There will also be buses and vans ready to take people home at the end of the night.

Swing By
Hit the Directions button at left or punch “1798 NY-30, East Branch NY 13756” into your phone and you should be able to find us all right, the wooden house in the shadow of the big hill down by the river that we keep (strategically!) posting photos of on this site.
As you can see from the map, there are two driveways coming into the property. You’ll want to use the first one as you approach the house, turning down a small hill in front of our mailbox. We’ll have signs out for parking in the field!

Where to Stay
Below are a few recommended places to crash. There are also great Airbnbs in the area – we’d recommend anywhere around East Branch, Roscoe, Cooks Falls, or Hancock (all in NY).
We also have plenty of space on our property to set up a tent or camper, though the amenities might be a bit more limited than some of the more “official” campsites listed below! Drop us a line if that’s your style.
Peaceful Valley
10min drive to house
This scenic spot just up the river from us offers tent camping, full RV spots, and various size cabins all at reasonable prices.
Riverside Cafe & Lodge
10min drive to house
This spot on the way from the house to Roscoe has three efficiency cabins and an 11-room motel.
Oxbow Campsites
5min drive to house
The closest campsite to the house, this is a simple but solid place to get yourself situated along the river.
Roscoe Motel
15min drive to house
We love staying at this no-frills, vintage fishing-season crash pad run by some friendly Brooklyn transplants and their dog Chuck.
Bass Cabins
10min drive to house
Mountaintop and golf course (!) cabins at separate sites all quite close to the house.
Pepacton Cabins
15min drive to house
Just a bit farther on Route 30 than Peaceful Valley above, you’ll find this lovely cluster of cabins.
Trout Town Inn
20min drive to house
Right in the heart of Roscoe, this 5-room hotel is walking distance to many town amenities. They also offer a 3BR house rental on the river ten minutes from the house.
Butternut Grove
15min drive to house
This is another scenic and well-appointed campsite on the way back toward Roscoe that offers tiny cabins in addition to tent spots.
